We are able to provide a full refund within 30 days of purchase as long as you have not accessed any module and for those who purchase the first aid included, have not made a first aid booking. Refunds will appear on the card or PayPal account originally used to make the purchase within 5-10 business days.

We do not set any time limits on our course. If you no longer wish to continue the course for any reason we can transfer the account to anyone you wish. We would reset the account so they can start from the beginning. To start the online course create an account on our website and you can start right away.
